Digital Content Policy

Due to the nature of digital products (eBooks and study guides), which cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense, all sales are generally final and non-refundable once the download link has been accessed or the file has been delivered.

When a Refund is Possible

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. A refund or credit may be issued under the following specific circumstances:

Technical Defects

If the file is corrupted or contains significant technical errors that our support team cannot resolve.

Duplicate Purchase

If you accidentally purchased the exact same eBook twice within a 24-hour period.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of Mind: We cannot offer refunds if you decide you no longer want the guide after downloading it.
  • Compatibility Issues: It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure they have a device capable of opening PDF/ePub files.
  • Personal Dissatisfaction: Since our content is educational/informational, refunds aren't granted based on subjective personal expectations.
  • Unused Links: Refunds are not granted for links that were never clicked if more than 30 days have passed since purchase.

How to Request Assistance

If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on the criteria above, please follow these steps:

  2. Include your Order Number and the reason for the request.
  3. For technical issues, please include a screenshot of the error if possible.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
